This small room is only about 10 by 8 feet on the third floor with shared small bath room with another room.There is almost no space to move around. Ductless AC provides cold air. I promise I change sheets, pillow cases and towels every time. If you are picky of space , please go around. I don’t want to upset you and then give me a bad review. Again，this room is always fully booked.Mattress is from Costco too. 15 minutes away from Newark airport. 30 minutes away from downtown NY.

A lot of good restaurants and 24/7 7-11 and other convenient shops within a mile. Great place and very nice neighbors, peaceful. Very clean and spacious for a one person stay.
