This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.

The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

It's less than a 15 min walk to Hove station (direct trains to London).

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
