Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 5 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the heated swimming pool or walk through natural meadows. Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.

The Folly: A charming, secluded waterside cottage.

A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.
