The kitchen, sofa, dining table, & bunk beds provide guests with more comforts than a standard hotel room. Adventure lovers are delighted by the authentic art & mountain décor adorning the studio. The West River House is a an affordable historic hotel in downtown Truckee - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the river. It’s perfect for those looking to explore and relax without distractions. Although there is no TV, the free Wi-Fi is super fast. There are photos for 2 different rooms in the post. Only 1 of these rooms is available per reservation. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

White House Inn Genoa - Cottage

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Cable TV and free wifi, truly make this your home away from home. Surrounded by beautiful pasture and mountain views.

Lake View Queen Studio 26-28 | Lodge

These lodge suites feature partial lake views with a queen bed, sitting area for two, custom made cabinetry, granite counter tops, two burner electric stovetop, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and dining table. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. These suites are on the second floor with two flights of stairs, please note there's no elevator. These suites are approx. 250 sq ft. Max two guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.
