The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

This private cottage also boasts spacious rooms, open fire (winter) 3 double bedrooms, dining area and 2 bathrooms. A cosy cottage with a gym, full sized snooker table, air hockey, table tennis table at no extra cost.
