Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020, può ospitare fino a 9 persone senza compromettere lo spazio libero di nessuno. Dispone di un ampio giardino esterno di 4000mq, ingresso e parcheggio privati.
