Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. Sustainable Luxury Barn - Secluded Sonoma Retreat!

Relax in the most beautiful, secluded setting Sonoma County has to offer. Hilltop views, walking trails right next to the property, and wineries so close, there is one just across the access road to the property. Constructed from trees that once stood where the Barn now stands, makes this property blend in with the natural surroundings. The trees were milled and dried on site. All siding, beams, flooring, basically anything made of wood is sourced from the property.

Smartly designed guest suite is minutes from wineries, biking & hiking trails, old-growth redwoods, beaches & dramatic coastline, tiny towns & the Russian River resort area. ($0 Cleaning Fee.) Graton (“Gray-ton”) is a tiny village between Sebastopol & Forestville. It's casual country living with 3 exceptional restaurants, 2 wine tasting rooms, an antique store and a gallery of local artists. There’s a walk/bike trail nearby with views of vineyards and farm fields.

Costs vary based on availability. Luxury estate loft in Gracianna Winery's vineyard on Westside Road's Miracle Mile of Pinot Noir in Healdsburg includes equipped kitchen with new gas Wolf Range. Pick up breakfast needs before arriving. Vineyard machines may work overnight with lights & disruptive noises, especially during the summer and harvest is in late August early Sept. Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. Neighbors say we have the best spot in Jenner. The house is well equipped. And you're welcome to use anything you find. Have a look around. We'd be happy to welcome you soon.
