It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Great place to enjoy a get away to the beautiful Laurel Highlands.

The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and you'll find a washer and dryer available in the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the new deck added Summer ‘22.

Escape to nature in a cozy glamping pod, offering the ideal mix of comfort and adventure in a peaceful setting. This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
