Your Alaskan Retreat awaits! Unwind in our cozy 2,200 sq ft country home, nestled on 1.5 wooded private acres with prime Kenai River access. This 3 -bed, 2- bath main house features an expansive deck, separate cottage and unparalleled river views. Catch Sockeye at the house approx. July 17-Aug 7, quantity varies each year. Check info for Silvers (late Aug - mid Sept) and trout before booking. The River House is the perfect basecamp near open-water fishing in Seward (2hrs) or in Homer (1.5 hrs).

Large groups or families, this is the perfect place to stay! Come stay at this lakefront peaceful cabin setting on a peninsula and enjoy the beautiful Sports Lake! There is plenty of room to spread out! There are 2 separate cabins with a total of 5 bedrooms and large living/gathering spaces. In the backyard is a large grass yard with stunning views over the lake. Minutes away from the famous Kenai River and close to stores but yet very secluded. Our property is not shared-all yours to enjoy!

If you'd like to access the lake, you can walk right out the back door to the private dock where you can access kayaks or simply take in the lake on an adirondock chair. Inside, you'll find spacious bedrooms, an open layout, and all the modern amenities you could ask for!

Sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds in loft & 1 in queen in main living area. This Waterfront Cabin offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, Mt. Augustine, and Mt. Spurr, (all 4 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cabin has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Waterfront Cabin is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

About 1.5 hrs to Seward/Homer & 40 min to 6 world famous salmon rivers, The Kenai, Kasilof, Swanson, Deep Creek, Anchor and Ninilchik.

Hiking trails are right outside your door or you can walk down to the river and enjoy the scenery.

(Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.

Salmon Cabin is one of three cabins at River Rock Lodge. We are close to town and it's many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals. Grill is provided. Sit out on the porch and watch the river flow by! We have 3 different docks you can fish from. Docks may be removed for the winter as early as September 15.
