House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.

Little house Šipan is a new built house located just 20 meters far from the sea.It is 50 m2 open space area, which features a living room, dinning room and a small kitchen in the ground floor and a room with the bathroom on the 1st floor.Little house Šilan is air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV , a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and towels. House is isolated, far away from the city and people, surrounded by green rose-mari es, blue sea and blue white sky. Mediterranean atmosphere scents of plants and the colors of environment.
