Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. New and modern equipped apartment with jaccuzzi and beautiful sea view is located in a quiet location, away from city crowds. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and one bathroom. It is especially suitable for families with children or friends. The apartment is air conditioned, has wi fi, and in the outdoor area you can enjoy in jaccuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea and another covered terrace with barbecue. Private parking is available.

Novouređeni apartman kapaciteta za 4 osobe je moderno opremljen, čine ga spavaća sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatni bračni krevetom u dnevnom boravku, kuhinja, kupaonica i balkon. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Ground floor apartment 2 minutes to the beach

My place is very close to the beach. Only two minutes away. It is great for couples and families which enjoy walks next to the beach or cycling. Near the apartment is restaurant, supermarket, bakery and even the dog beach. You will love my place because of the new furniture, TV, air condition and constant updating to make you feel satisfied. You can contact us at any time of the day. If you have a pet the pet fee is 5€/day which you pay in cash on the arrival day.

Relax in this cozy and nicely decorated accommodation. The studio is located in the center of the small town of Sveti Vid-Miholjice, just above Malinska. It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.

A parking spot for 1 car is provided (included in the price)! Modern life in the old part of the city is the perfect vacation. The apartment is in the very CENTER, HISTORIC Old Town of KRK. You can explore all city Krk's main attractions on foot in short minutes and also visit beaches nearby (200m away). Apartment Street is quiet and great for a night of sleep and private parking is also provided inside the historic city walls!
