(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Idyllic Flinders location with the “iconic” golf course circuit walk just out front. The studio is within easy walking distance to the Flinders Hotel, Restaurants and Cafes, Boutique shopping, Art Galleries and our fabulous General store. Beautiful yet wild Bass Straight views are just 100mt down the road. Walk to Cyril’s, Hoppers and Big Left surfing spots. Your accommodation is just down the garden path, past the main house to where your self contained sanctuary awaits.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. Welcome to Room With A View, a contemporary apartment located moments away from the Dromana Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.
