Our property in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon, is 4 miles from Totnes and close to the A381, the main road leading south towards Dartmouth and Salcombe. Our lovely 2 bedroomed annexe is adjacent to our home but accessed separately. It has a cosy living area with full kitchen downstairs. Also a small double bedroom, shower room, and open area with children's bunk beds on this level. Upstairs is a very large, light bedroom with a superking, an additional single bed and bathroom next door.

Underfloor heating warms the space downstairs and upstairs the spacious bedroom feels like it’s perched amongst the birdsong itself. A quick walk to the famous Cott inn and the Shops at Dartington and not far to Dartington Estate and Totnes town .We leave you to your own devices during your stay but one of us is generally around if you would like to ask us anything .
A luxurious, rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels & toiletries, woodburner, a good book, no street lights...You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: There's a simple compost toilet, hot water in a generous sink and flannels, and -finally! - a hot outdoor shower at the back of the cabin running off gas and a hose.
The Chalet is lovely bright and spacious with lounge/ dining /kitchen one bedroom with double bed and toilet/ shower, there is an electric fire in lounge and oil filled radiator in bedroom which keeps the chalet nice and cosy! 2 garden chairs in hall cupboard. There are fantastic walks including the South West Coastal Path. Naval College & Woodlands are nearby or chill out by the river Dart with a glass of local Sharpham wine or amazing Rockfish freshly caught fish!
The Spanish Boathouse is on Galmpton Creek and is close to Dartmouth, Dittisham, the beaches of Torbay and the South Hams, with footpaths, golf, restaurants and decent pubs nearby. The Boathouse is right on the River with launching and mooring available by arrangement. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The Boathouse is available for couples and singles. If you need separate beds, there is a sofa bed in the lounge.
The Boathouse is in the most delightful & peaceful creek-side setting, overlooking the water at high tide. A new build in a traditional style it has a stunning balcony with canoes & rowing boat underneath to borrow. Heated by wood burning stove it combines the easy life of being off grid with no tv or internet with the comforts of modern kitchen & bathroom. There is a small mezzanine bedroom accessed by a ships ladder & a bed settee in the living room. This is a fab pad in which to relax.
