Available from Monday 4th July 2022 Gorgeous fully renovated detached cottage in the heart of the bustling seaside village of Seahouses. The property has undergone extensive renovation to provide a stylish, luxury four bedroom, four bathroom cottage with sunny gardens to the front and rear. A spacious open plan living, dining, kitchen with bi fold doors leading on to the garden with sunny patio, provides the ideal sociable living space for a holiday with family or friends. At Saltwell Cottage, there are four bedrooms, three king size with en-suite bathrooms and a twin (full size adult singles) which has use of the family bathroom together with free standing bath and walk in shower. There is off street parking for up to three cars. The cottage is very well located; only a short five minutes walk down the main street or the Heritage Path to the beautiful beaches of Seahouses and its bustling harbour. The cottage is close to the village shops, delis, cafes, pubs, restaurants and club and of course Seahouses' many award winning fish and chip shops! Some of the beautiful villages of the north Northumberland coast are just a few miles away. Both Bamburgh and Beadnell are less than three miles in either direction and are accessible by foot along a sealed path. The town of Alnwick, with its 'Harry Potter' castle and stunning Alnwick Gardens is only a 20 minute drive and the glorious Cheviot Hills can be easily reached from the cottage. Or if you just want to stay put, Seahouses has loads to offer from boat trips to the Farne Islands, crabbing on the harbour, boarding in the dunes to crazy golf and amusements. Topped off with some popular bars and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will love Seahouses golf club, enviably positioned on the links overlooking the Farne Islands. The central location means you’re only a few minutes walk from the village’s shops, pubs and restaurants. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one king size and one twin room. It has a well equipped kitchen/diner, modern shower room and spacious lounge with log burner. There is parking space for 1 car in the square.

Flat 4 - Cliff House

Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Sands is a dog friendly fisherman's cottage in central Seahouses, only a few minutes walk to the harbour, beach & restaurants. Private parking space suitable for a small car (parking permit for Main Seahouses carpark too). Real open fire, gated front garden area with seating. The cottage has a private membership for a local leisure club; facilities inc an indoor heated pool. We are a great base for lots of activities including the Farne Islands, Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.

The Lookout @ 3 Cliff House

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

Beach Retreat

Beach Retreat is a recently refurbished house within walking distance of the town centre. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, multi fuel stove and ample seating. Living room with wood burning stove and TV. Play room with sofa bed and TV. Cloakroom with WC and basin. 4 Bedrooms - king size bed and en suite shower - double bed and en suite shower - double bed - bunk beds Family bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
