With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

Lovely Guest Suite in Central Edinburgh

Beautifully furnished one-bedroom guest suite in a central, but quiet, location and within walking distance of most tourist attractions - also a good bus service is nearby. The guest suite is a real home from home - comfortable for up to three people. It is part of my home but is a private space. As I live in the same building, I am available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Woodend Retreat nestled in the heart of Speyside

A beautiful and tranquil setting, which is peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, both of which can be used as double beds or split into 2 singles. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We are in the heart of the Whisky Trail with many distilleries nearby, so a visit and a wee dram is a must!
