The house is located in the center of the town. The neighborhood is surrounded by ceramic artworks along the typical rural paths. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, AC. Two terraces will let our guests enjoy the breathtaking view. In the price, the visitors tax is not included and has to be paid at the moment of the arrival. The house is located in the hearth of the Naturarte project, with which more than 150 artworks in ceramic have been installed in the tiny paths of the town.

Casa Sunrise si trova nella parte alta della città con vista mozzafiato su Positano. Ristrutturata nel 2019 ha spazi grandi e luminosi. Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Intero appartamento di circa 66 mq indipendente posto al piano strada di un mini edificio di due piani. L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno che funge anche da camera da letto, un'ampia cucina completamente arredata e bagno con doccia dotato di tutti i confort.
