You'll be renting a formally commercial space turned into a cozy studio. It's located in the heart of Moabit. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The U-Bahn (Subway) is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus going to the central station. The apartment is located on the street level of a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy.

Unser Tiny-Apartment ist alles andere als gewöhnlich. Aus einem zwölf Quadratmeter großen Raum haben wir ein vollausgestattetes romantisches Feriendomizil geschaffen. Mit direktem Zugang zum Garten ist unsere Ferienwohnung eine grüne Oase inmitten der Stadt.

Die Remise ist 1875 erbaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach der Nutzung für Fuhrwerke, Pferde und Kühe war eine Marmorwerkstatt dort zuhause, dann eine Schlosserei und später ein Künstleratelier. Direkt davor schaut man in den kleinen Hofgarten.
