Our house has two apartments with separate entrances. Each one has a full bath, kitchen and bedroom with a high quality, comfortable queen bed . Home is located on the end of a dead end street with no through traffic & located in a lovely, quiet and very fun & friendly neighborhood. Experience amazing ocean views from the front yard!

There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!
