It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, offre due camere da letto, un bagno, con doccia idromassaggio, lavabo, wc e bidet, una cucina, un salotto con tv ed una sala da pranzo, nonché un terrazzino con vista su Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria, da cui dista meno di un minuto. Wifi gratuito in tutte le stanze. L'appartamento è al piano terzo (senza ascensore) in palazzo del XIV secolo. I pavimenti di ogni stanza sono risalenti a fine '800, decorati con le caratteristiche graniglie.

My husband and I have lived in the house for eight years, a great love binds us to this space and in making it available to guests we hope it will be their home during their stay in Florence. You can use a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle with a selection of teas and herbal, toaster the necessary to cook (salt, pepper, oil..). In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. it's recomended to have a car to reach the accomodation and to move.

Situato nel centro storico, in un quartiere residenziale, autentico e poco turistico, è perfetto per vivere Firenze come un vero fiorentino. Il centro è facilmente visitabile a piedi.
