Lugaris Apartments are located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most pleasant neighborhoods, known for its relaxed seaside atmosphere. Just a short walk away you’ll find Bogatell Beach, the beachfront promenade, local restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, as well as excellent public transportation connections to easily reach the city center. Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. In the rooms you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building. Clients have access to free wifi, satelite tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors.
