Home From Home The lounge has a large corner sofa, colour smart TV, DVD player, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer box. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

The surrounding area offers many activities such as golf, water sports, spa treatments, swimming and the town has a good selection of bars, restaurants, pubs and a large M & S food hall.

Rowan Haven, Devon Cliffs

Welcoming you to our family owned caravan based on Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. This price includes a parking space and bedding. We also have a bed guard within the caravan. Please note a travel cot does not fit in the main bedroom. We do not have Wi-Fi in the caravan. Haven passes are available directly from Haven themselves. Please note that for our insurances, we cannot accepting a booking where the whole party is under the age of 21.

It is an ideal bolthole for exploring this beautiful part of Devon. The annexe has been designed as a unique, calm space with characterful charm and features throughout including exposed wooden beams and woodwork and thoughtfully sourced furnishings, paintings and interiors.

Unwind in the hot tub set amongst the treetops and enjoy the sauna with its view into the forest. This location is only 15 minutes from various beaches and has an easy 10 minute walk to the local pub. No children or infants
