Guesthouse comes with a queen sized bed (Saatva mattress), pull out sofa, and a kitchenette. Beautiful cozy oasis that you won't want to miss! 40 mins from wine country and 25 mins from SF.

It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

Studio apartment close to trails and town

Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 10-20 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other. Including the best ever organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a destination town with fun boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants including an exotic tea salon, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Maximum stay: 6 nights.

Please do not order food to be delivered. Check in 6pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Just bought a NEW MATTRESS in Nov. 2020. Separate keyed entrance and private bathroom w shower.

This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.
