L'alloggio è dotato di uno spazio esterno recintato con bellissimo angolo per mangiare all'aperto. Nei mesi estivi è possibile usufruire della piscina situata di fronte all'appartamento (l'uso non è esclusivo ma in condivisione con i proprietari della struttura).

La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

Si trova proprio nella piazzetta della Caserma, nel cuore del centro storico, di fronte alla sede di uno dei terzieri del Palio di agosto, il Terziere Casalino, a due passi dal famoso Vicolo Baciadonne, il più stretto d'Italia e che quando esci, stringendo un pochino le spalle, ti trovi difronte un panorama mozzafiato! Parcheggi liberi a 100 metri, uno dei quali con colonnina per ricarica auto.
