Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

Nettledown Bed and Breakfast

Come stay in our beautiful farmhouse in the lovely Fulford Valley, looking at Mount Maxwell. Family friendly and quiet, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden to listen to the birds in. We're located steps from the Salt Spring Island Brewery and have walking trails down to Burgoyne Bay park. Our property also has a free-ranging duck, chickens and a large friendly puppy! Our place is perfect for children – just let us know if you would like us to set up any gear or toys!

Sat on a bluff by St Mary's Lake and protected by cedar trees, this calm and cozy cottage is the ideal getaway for couples and families seeking rest, relaxation and adventure in the serene setting of Salt Spring's North End.
