The home has an excellent location just minutes off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

This upstairs apartment near downtown is walking distance to U of U and 9th & 9th restaurants and light-rail stops. 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor deck / outdoor patio furniture. Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No kids / pets.

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).

About 45 min from the Salt Lake airport, on a deep lot that backs to the creek in a residential area, the cabin is delightful year-round.
