30 day minimum per city ordinance-Quiet backyard space in the city. ,9th&9th shops,coffee, restaurants.Guests love the location and proximity to the U (a bus stop is 1/2 block-to U) and downtown is a quick Uber ride and bike ride. Parking is right next to the unit you have your own little courtyard to come and go as you please. Easy stay in SLC. I do have chickens, a fat cat, and a couple dogs that are not allowed in your courtyard. Also, no animals allowed in the bnb so it is allergen free.

Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A cozy and private restored 1892 Queen Anne home in the eclectic SLC Avenues. The look and feel of the late 1800s with all modern amenities. Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.

Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage.
