You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

My place is private, cosy, clean and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to Monkland Village which has great restaurants​, grocery store, health store, coffee shops, bakeries and more. We are a 2-minute​ walk from the Villa Maria Metro station with access to Montreal city within 10-15 minutes and have free, non-permit parking outside the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with babies).

Nichée au dernier étage de la Villa Casavant, somptueux manoir d'un autre siècle, cette suite unique est accessible par la maison mais demeure très intime du fait qu'elle occupe tout le dernier étage via un escalier privé y menant. La villa tient son nom de l'illustre facteur d'orgues, Claver Casavant qui y vécut autrefois.
