It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. A/C is available but the house opens on 3 sides to let the sea breeze in. You can access the community pool and you'll have your own 2 parking spaces inside the complex.
