Ai miei ospiti offro un accogliente e moderno appartamento mansardato situato nella casa di famiglia, dal quale si gode una vista mozzafiato sul lago e le montagne circostanti. Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

The characteristic village of Arogno, included in the inventory of Swiss settlements to be protected (ISOS), is located in the green of Val Mara valley in a spectacular panoramic position. It is about 20min drive from Lugano and Mendrisio. Located at the foot of the Monte Sighinola in the western part of the Monte Generoso massif, it is the ideal starting point for many interesting excursions. The picturesque roads of the valley are also very popular with cyclists and motorcyclists.

Romantic Bijou - Lugano

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Sonnig gelegenes Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert frisch renoviert mit grossem Garten am Dorfrand von Arogno. Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. In Rovio ein Wasserfall mit Badebecken.

Suite is fully independent, separated from the main villa and located at a lower level, so privacy and silent is fully guaranteed. The Suite is appr. 40 sq mtrs, all in Carrara marble, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a wide living room with windows on the forest all around, a double bed, a large bathroom with shower. The Suite include the exclusive use of a long balcony and a wide terrace equipped with sits, table and umbrella. Suite has Wi-fi and Swisscom TV
