Entire basement apartment with private driveway entrance in a safe residential Long Island neighborhood. Ton of free street parking available 24/7. Key will be provided in lock box for easy private access. We are a 10 min drive from Northern State Parkway, Long Island Expressway and the Long Island Railroad. Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.

A train station is 1 mi away from the house, the ride is 55 minutes to Penn Station. The suite is sunny and very spacious. We also have a Keurig coffee maker and complementary coffee/tea for our guests

This is a basement apartment, it has a flat screen TV with cable and with fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom with extra large shower, bed linens and towels are supplied. It is located 4 miles from LIU CW post campus for those parents visiting their children. We are located 35-40 minutes from Manhattan. No public transportation near by.
