Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Charming COUNTRY farm house dates back to pre-civil war times, this evident by the beautiful wood work, beautiful wide plank floors. Large yard that is perfect for the kids or dog to run & play. This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.
