You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! We have the spices and staples to help you create a marvelous meal. Sit down next to our gas fireplace and watch cable TV (Comcast with a voice controlled remote), DVD player, Netflix, Hulu. This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle
