The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa Alvino (5+2 posti letto) è circondata da un ampio e ombreggiato giardino all'interno di una pineta secolare molto esclusiva. La spiaggia è privata e dista circa 300m dall'abitazione. La casa ha 2 camere matrimoniali, 1 camera singola, 2 bagni con doccia di cui uno più piccolo senza bidet, soggiorno e cucina. Nel soggiorno c'é un divano letto matrimoniale. Sulla spiaggia c'è una tettoia parasole in legno con due lettini e due sdraio e un piccolo capanno per cambiarsi e lasciare qualcosa.

Alma Vignoni is an elegant and exclusive holiday house in Vignoni Alto that recalls Tuscan style and is enriched by unusual and personal details. The house consists of an open-space with fireplace in the center. On the one hand the room with stunning views over the surrounding hills (Pienza, Monticchiello and Montepulciano) on the other the kitchen area. Two cozy rooms overlook the ancient Via Francigena and the Orcia river valley. The bathroom has a large shower.
