It is perfect for a relaxing break or an adventure! Activities include boating (with guest docks), swimming (indoor and outdoor), pickle ball, working out, and relaxing in the hot tub, steam room or sauna! If you are working remotely, this quiet space includes a desk and high-speed wireless. The individual HVAC unit also has a UV light.

Newly finished garage studio w/ private entrance. Studio has a full size bathroom, studio kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner stove. For your sleeping comfort I have a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Also, a Mitsubishi heat/AC unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. For an addition fee I offer a workout area complete with dry sauna that heats up to 180. I am a licensed massage therapist, when available I can offer massage by appointment in separate studio.

Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

Property has a secured gate for entrance and exit and property is located about 1/4 mile down an access road.
