Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands, and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from, yet totally accessible to San Pancho culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita.
