JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! We have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary and a shower too! The shower is not available in the winter months. Guests are welcome to use the restroom and shower at the Crows Nest too. It has a flushable toilet. Your neighbors are a few horses, rabbits, Muscovy ducks and a few chickens. The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning, heat and Wifi.

Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Kick back and relax where modern meets the country! The Master Suite offers a Queen size bed, closet, and private bathroom. Second bedroom offers a full size bed and closet. This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Brooks Cottage

Enjoy a quiet, peaceful country setting just 5 minutes from downtown Riverton in Central Wyoming, and only 30 minutes from Lander, Wyoming. Sage West Hospital, Riverton Regional Airport, and Central Wyoming College are all within a quick 5-minute drive. The towns of Dubois and Cody, along with Yellowstone National Park, are close enough for a day trip. This cozy cottage is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings and appliances. Truly a home away from home.

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please.
