Splendida casetta immersa nel verde, ideale per famiglie e per vivere una vacanza in assoluta tranquillità, senza però rinunciare al divertimento. Totalmente indipendente con giardino di circa 1000mq e piscina interrata entrambi a uso esclusivo, sita nel comune di Stazzona, a 5 minuti dalle spiagge del lago di Como. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, wi-fi, lavatrice, tv 55", microonde, macchine caffè, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, lavastovigie, gazebo e piccolo grill per barbecue.

The Castello di Menaggio (former castle) is history. Traffic is restricted, so very quiet, with a great lake view. It has a large roof-top terrace and a balcony. A/C in main bedroom, full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Common garden available (no dogs allowed in garden). A 5 minutes walk (downhill) to the center. Private parking, or ideal without a car. Absolutely no-smoking. Not even in the balcony or terrace. Town tourist tax of 3 €/person/day from March to Nov. payable on arrival.

The Casa Elisa is located in the historic center Porto Valtravaglia within 5 minutes walking of Lago Maggiore. The house consists of three separate apartments which can be rented separately or together. Each one is fully equipped and has a great view on the village, the mountains and the lake. The house has been refurbished in 2021, with high-standard equipment and ecological heating and cooling. There is a private parking garage, a huge terrace and a beautiful, quiet garden.

It is quiet in a small traditional village with no cars, only small passages between the houses. It is a great location for water sports, hiking, mountain biking, or just playing around on the beach. The house has an inflatable pool for kids. Dogs are welcome. Large public parks and beaches are at the waterfront, with a large activity center.
