Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

Podravska kuća je retro kućica koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica iznosi 5.000m2. U sklopu kuće nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem . Gosti imaju pristup dječjem igralištu kao i opremi za roštilj s vanjskom blagovaonicom što ovo mjesto čini savršenim mjestom za obiteljski odmor i razonodu.

You have just 15 minutes on foot to the city park with castle. Also it's less than 10 minutes walk to the Međimurje Polytechnic and the Faculty of Teacher Education.
