Situato in una posizione strategica di Forlì, l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano rialzato di un condominio elegante, ideale per viaggi di lavoro o di piacere. Recentemente ristrutturato, offre camere luminose con balcone privato. Grazie ai doppi vetri, l’insonorizzazione è eccellente, per garantirvi un riposo ottimale. Inoltre, le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere per un’ulteriore comodità.

Trattasi di un tipico casale romagnolo dell inizio ‘900, immerso nelle colline romagnole tra Forlì e Cesena. A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. A disposizione degli ospiti zona bbq e area attrezzata ombreggiata per cene all aperto.
