Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Liasto traditional cycladic house.

Liasto is a traditional Cycladic house located in the heart of the picturesque village of Pyrgos, Kallistis. Its narrow labyrinthine streets gives the essence of old times and offers unique walks among wine bars, restaurants, artists shops and galleries. It is only 5km away from the airport and the port. There is a bus stop , a place to rent a vehicle, a gas station, free parking, mini markets, an ATM and a pharmacy located nearby.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
