Within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the house there are more than 5 of the most beautiful beaches in the Šibenik region. There are a total of 3 national parks within a 45-minute drive from the house. Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. When you exit the apartment's back door you step out on a small terrace that leads to a peaceful garden. The parking in front of the house is free. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lu we have the apartment Lea that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it could be possible to reserve the other one.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
