Reachable only by boat, no road and no car — a 19th-century Crotto, once a lakeside tavern where fishermen stopped to eat and drink, reborn as a cottage on the water. Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. Total privacy, on a roadless shore.

La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Den er renoveret i skandinavisk stil og har en rummelig åben planløsning (stue, spisestue, køkken), tre soveværelser, to badeværelser (det ene er 0,80 kvm), en balkon og en stor terrasse.Dette er mit hjem, fyldt med mine originale kunstværker.Som kunstner prioriterer jeg økologi og genbrug.
