L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è composto da una sala con divano letto, una piccola cucina, una camera matrimoniale e due bagni. Nell'appartamento è disponibile WiFi, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asciugacapelli e piastra.

Totale immersione nel verde, tra le colline umbre, ideale per il relax e il contatto con la natura. Poco distante ci sono piccoli borghi come Ficulle e Città della Pieve e la città di Orvieto. L’appartamento dispone di un ampia camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto a due piazze, un bagno con doccia e una cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero e tutte le stoviglie necessarie per apparecchiare e cucinare. Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

L’ appartamento e’ prossimo al centro città , a 50 metri dalla stazione Minimetro capolinea 'Pincetto'. E’ nella zona sedi universitarie e del tribunale. E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.

This apartment is for people that during their holidays like to spend a bit of time to relax and enjoy the great food and countryside of this lovely town. The position is very good , just 5 minutes from the parking lot and from beautiful cities and hot springs.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
