Si trova al secondo piano di un immobile del 1800, in zona residenziale molto ben frequentata. Pur trovandosi in posizione centrale è molto silenzioso non avendo affacci sulla strada principale. L'appartamento è mansardato con travi a vista ed è presente il pavimento in legno in tutta la casa. Nel soggiorno è presente un soppalco a vista sul quale è posto uno dei letti singoli.
