Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Immersa in un giardino di limoni, arance e piante mediterranee, la casa dispone di: cucina, 2 bagni, 3 stanze, per ospitare fino a una massimo di 6 persone. All'esterno, in spazi riservati, sara' gradevole una pausa, per godere, dalla colazione alla cena, l'esperienza di vivere in una casa ischitana in pieno centro. Disponibile una zona parcheggio.

My home is located in the splendid hill of Posillipo, in the city of Naples, close to the sea. It covers the entire last floor of a villa, with independent access and two parking spaces. We call it "a sunny place" since it's always sunny and yet fresh due to the sea breeze. You will have a fantastic time just relaxing in our large terrace or wandering around the beautiful surroundings. You can easily reach the fabulous sites of Pompei, Sorrento, Capri and Ischia.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
