We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park. Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

We are 15 min. from Downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly University. Our location is ideal for exploring the Gorgeous Central Coast.

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

We are located on the EAST side of Highway One. A five minute walk puts your toes in the sand and renew your spirit! :)) **We do have a cat; Apollo can be curious. Primarily, Apollo lives upstairs with us.
