O apartamento tem três quartos duplos e duas casas de banho (com chuveiro), uma sala de estar/jantar/cozinha (equipada com frigorífico, fogão, forno, microondas e máquina de lavar roupa), com uma agradável varanda. Está também equipado com televisão com canais internacionais e acesso à Internet. O apartamento está localizado num bairro residencial muito tranquilo e foi totalmente renovado, incluindo a substituição das janelas por janelas de elevada eficiência.
