(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Scenic View Hideaway is nestled in a quiet, green leafy pocket of old Mount Martha. It is a lovely private, cosy apartment that occupies the lower level of our family home. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
