Ca' Maggiolina was built during the first years of the 1900s, and is set among other semi-detached houses in the typical district by the same name. it was completely renewed following green housing criteria, paying particular attention to natural materials, the environment , and energy saving. Everything has been selected to provide to our guest a healty and comfortable stay, while maintaining the original characteristics of the place. The forniture has been selected and restored enhancing copper colours, giving the place a warm vibe that tastes of old times. The wrought iron lattices on the windows are a remainder of the house history, while painting the wooden floors with fascinating light patterns. The rooms are provided with a floor winter-heating and summer-cooling system, that, together with automatic ventilation, offer optimal wellness conditions to your stay, regardless of the season. Both mattresses and pillows are crafted using organic and hypoallergenic cotton. Bed sheets and pillowcases are made of linen and cotton. Their specific production system enhances the texture of the fabric, so that ironing can be avoided, following Ca’ Maggiolina’s characterizing choice to preserve the environment and reduce energy consumption. Your private bathroom – directly connected to your room – is fully equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and a wide shower (160 x 90 cm). Some courtesy dispensers with personal care products are available. There is no tv in the rooms, for our specific choice, but free high speed wifi is available (the password will be provided during check-in). We love setting up a comfortable and healthy place to host you.

It's a 5-minute walk from the shopping district (Corso Buenos Aires) and a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station. Located on the 4th and top floor (with elevator), it offers four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All rooms have private bathrooms with large designer showers, spacious and comfortable beds, and are equipped with modern amenities (plasma TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities). Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A generous sweet and savory breakfast, freshly prepared, is served in the common room. The area is very close to all the main attractions and we will be more than happy to help you organise your time and direct you. We offer a good breakfast that is included and if you want, and let us know in advance, we can provide dinner for 10 euros. There are also restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie at walking distance. If you fly to Linate airport, there's a bus, #73, that will take you here. From Malpensa airport there's a train to downtown.
