There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. The Franklin House is a historic home that contains 3 condos. Located downtown, across the street from the restaurants, bars, stores, coffee houses and museums and one block from the waterfront/musical fountain. GH State Park is 1 mile down the boardwalk. Each condo sleeps 4, which is our legal limit and enforced. All units have private entrances/outdoor spaces with tables, chairs and Weber grills.
